Summary of Return Policies

- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will be charged.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from returns, including:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Final Sale items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item you received and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union – 14-Day Withdrawal Right
Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days without providing a reason.
Conditions for Withdrawal:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and with tags.
- The original packaging must be intact.
- A proof of purchase is required.
The withdrawal right is in addition to our voluntary 30-day return policy and is not restricted by it.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds:
- The amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days, less the 10% restocking fee.
- Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.
